A tranquil 2 bedroom beautifully appointed apartment on the leafy edge of Perth’s CBD.

 tParliament Place is a stylish apartment situated on the 2nd floor in a very quiet building in Parliament Place West Perth, overlooking the parks and gardens adjacent to Parliament House. It is short 5 minute walk to the western end of the Perth CBD with all the shopping, dining and business opportunities the city has to offer.

The apartment has 2 master bedrooms, both with queen beds and their own bathrooms. There is also a fully equipped kitchen, large dining area and relaxing lounge area leading onto a balcony complete with outdoor dining and bbq – the perfect place to start and finish your day with a lovely view of the gardens and historic buildings of the area.

The suburb of West Perth sits between the popular shopping and dining precinct of Subiaco and Perth city and is only a few minutes walk across the Parliament House garden surrounds to beautiful Kings Park. It is also only a short drive (or comfortable walk) to Domain Stadium (formerly Subiaco Oval) and 5km to delightful Matilda Bay and the University of Western Australia. Plus the Perth Convention Centre, the new Perth Arena complex, the Perth Theatre Centre, His Majesty’s Theatre, the Perth Museum and the Art Gallery of Western Australia are all just a short distance away.

The apartment is fully air-conditioned, wifi is provided,  and there is secure undercover parking under the building. There is also a roof top lap pool and outdoor lounging area with impressive views over the Parliament buildings to the Swan River and the city.

We are also located centrally and close to 5 major hospitals – St John of God, King Edward Memorial, Princess Margaret Children’s Hospital, Sir Charles Gardiner and Royal Perth.

Our properties are all fully “self catered” – once you arrive and settle in we won’t interrupt you with cleaning and servicing.  If you would like your bed made and your house cleaned, please let us know and we would be happy to come and do your housework for you at a cost of $100 per time.

Without fail, the best part about Subiaco and West Perth, is the close proximity to all the services you could want or need.  Plus the friendly local community.  You will be nestled in amongst historic residential homes, large and small, fancy and quaint, strong and remodelled or slightly worn and a bit crooked, together with the commercial precinct of West Perth which closes down after 5pm and on weekends leaving a peaceful, leafy ambience for you to enjoy – the area abounds in character.  Full of restaurants, cafes, shops, parks and friendly locals, you will love your stay in Subiaco and West Perth, whether for business or holiday.

Parliament Place is a very pleasant alternative to the hotel lifestyle.

Strictly non smoking and sorry but no parties or noisy gatherings.

DISCLAIMER: Our apartments and houses are rented and occupied at the sole risk of the tenant. Park Street Cottages, its proprietors and employees shall not be liable for any injury, loss or damage to property or any other claim whatsoever arising out of the rental or occupancy of our properties.

We charge a $150 cleaning/linen surcharge on all bookings.

There is also a $50 security bond charged on all bookings. This bond will be happily refunded to you via direct debit shortly after you have departed and we have undertaken an inventory and cleaned the house. No security bond will be withheld unless we have entered into, or attempted to enter into discussions with you first. The bond will only be withheld in cases of damage, theft or extra cleaning if required. Please see “Cleaning” section on our Booking Enquiry page.

Once your booking has been received and confirmed and payment has been made, refunds will only be given if notice is received in writing prior to 7 days before your booking was due to commence.

We do have a 5 night minimum, but please feel free to check with us as we are more than happy to do less than 5 nights if we can fit you in with other bookings.

$200 per night for over 7 nights or more
