A delightful terrace house less than 100 metres from the restaurants, coffee shops and shopping of Rokeby Road – the centre of Subiaco.

Terrace One is in the western end of Churchill Avenue, in the heart of older Subiaco.

Churchill Avenue runs into Rokeby Road, which is one of Perth’s favourite shopping areas with restaurants, coffee shops, hotels, fashion, supermarkets and fresh food markets within a very short walk from the house.

Terrace One is a beautiful modern 3 level townhouse with it’s own private front and rear courtyards, 2 balconies and it’s own street frontage. It has two beautiful master bedrooms, both with queen beds and ensuite bathrooms. There is also a separate study on the lowest level with it’s own courtyard and ensuite. We have a very comfortable single sofa bed available in this room if a 3rd bedroom is required.  The house is fully air-conditioned and has 2 undercover secure parking bays.  Wifi is provided, as is Foxtel TV.

The rear courtyard has a bbq and outdoor dining area, and there is also seating on both balconies, which look over the street and into the canopy of trees along Churchill Avenue.

Without fail, the best part about Subiaco, and in particular this area of Subiaco, is the close proximity to all the services you could want or need. Plus the friendly local community. You will be nestled in amongst historic residential homes, large and small, fancy and quaint, strong and remodelled or slightly worn and a bit crooked – the area abounds in character. Full of restaurants, cafes, shops, parks and friendly locals, you will love your stay in Subiaco, whether for business or holiday.

The house is also located centrally and close to 5 major hospitals – St John of God, King Edward Memorial, Princess Margaret Children’s Hospital, Sir Charles Gardiner and Royal Perth. Churchill Avenue is only a short walk to Domain Stadium (formerly Subiaco Oval), 2km to the Perth CBD and 5km to delightful Matilda Bay and the University of Western Australia. Also just a short distance away are the Perth Convention Centre, the new Perth Arena complex, the Perth Theatre Centre, His Majesty’s Theatre, the Perth Museum and the Art Gallery of Western Australia.

Trains and buses are also close by for that visit to any of Perth’s fabulous iconic pristine beaches or perhaps the historic port city of Fremantle.

Our properties are all fully “self catered” – once you arrive and settle in we won’t interrupt you with cleaning and servicing.  If you would like your bed made and your house cleaned, please let us know and we would be happy to come and do your housework for you at a cost of $100 per time.

Terrace One in Churchill Avenue is a beautiful home and is about as close to the centre of Subiaco as you can be – a peaceful relaxing alternative to the hotel lifestyle.

Strictly non smoking and sorry but no parties or noisy gatherings.

We charge a $120 cleaning/linen surcharge on all bookings.

There is also a $50 security bond charged on all bookings. This bond will be happily refunded to you via direct debit shortly after you have departed and we have undertaken an inventory and cleaned the house. No security bond will be withheld unless we have entered into, or attempted to enter into discussions with you first. The bond will only be withheld in cases of damage, theft or extra cleaning if required. Please see “Cleaning” section on our Booking Enquiry page.

Once your booking has been received and confirmed and payment has been made, refunds will only be given if notice is received in writing prior to 7 days before your booking was due to commence.

We do have a 3 night minimum, but please feel free to check with us as we are more than happy to do less than 3 nights if we can fit you in with other bookings.

$220 per night up to 7 nights
$200 per night for 7 nights or more

Longer terms are negotiable
