A truly stunning home. Very peaceful, quiet neighbourhood, very close to main shopping area and the CBD. Also close to Lake Monger and Kings Park. Excellent public transport very close by with buses and the train network.

Located in a quiet leafy street only 100m from the main shopping precinct on Cambridge Street, this Northwood Street townhouse is very peaceful with gardens on 3 sides.  It has lovely light throughout with a casual living area, dining area and kitchen at one end, and a 2nd living room at the front of the home opening onto a large front courtyard.  3 large bedrooms upstairs all have queen size beds, and 2 of the bedrooms have balconies.  2 bathrooms upstairs and a powder room downstairs make this a very comfortable home to live in with ample room for 6 people.  There is also a large outdoor dining area with bbq facilities - perfect for our beautiful Perth weather.  Northwood Street also leads directly to Lake Monger, a large natural lake which is home to many species of native birds, including our iconic black swans.  It is an easy walk up the street to the lake and once there,  a walking path will take you right around the lake.  The city centre is only a short distance away and is easily accessed by either the bus service which runs along Cambridge Street, or the train.  If it is a visit to our famous white beaches you are after, they are only about 10 minutes straight down Cambridge Street.

$200 per night for 2 guests, with an additional $10 per night for each additional guest - sleeps up to 6 people

We charge a $150 cleaning/linen surcharge on all bookings.

There is also a refundable $300 security bond charged on all bookings with this home. This bond will be happily refunded to you via direct debit shortly after you have departed and we have undertaken an inventory and cleaned the house. No security bond will be withheld unless we have entered into, or attempted to enter into discussions with you first. The bond will only be withheld in cases of damage, theft or extra cleaning if required. Please see “Cleaning” section on our Booking Enquiry page.

Once your booking has been received and confirmed and payment has been made, refunds will only be given if notice is received in writing prior to 7 days before your booking was due to commence.

We do have a 5 night minimum, but please feel free to check with us as we are more than happy to do less than 5 nights if we can fit you in with other bookings.
