Upstairs we have 2 bedrooms both with queen beds & an extra study with a double sofa bed, plus there is a nice sunny bathroom. Downstairs we have 2 courtyards, one an outdoor lounge area with bbq, the other a delightful little terrace (with an Olive tree of course) just waiting for you to enjoy that cup of tea or coffee, or something nice and cold on a balmy Perth evening. Once inside we have a lovely lounge area, a dining area for 6, the kitchen (fully equipped of course) and a downstairs bathroom and laundry. All this right on the doorstep to Kings Park. Also an excellent bus service runs along Hamersley Road. Loads of coffee shops, restaurants, little bars, shopping, kids play grounds, green spaces, plus also a fabulous Saturday morning farmers market at the local primary school - not to be missed!

We charge a $150 cleaning/linen surcharge on all bookings.
There is also a $100 security bond charged on all bookings. This bond will be happily refunded to you via direct debit shortly after you have departed and we have undertaken an inventory and cleaned the house. No security bond will be withheld unless we have entered into, or attempted to enter into discussions with you first. The bond will only be withheld in cases of damage, theft or extra cleaning if required. Please see “Cleaning” section on our Booking Enquiry page.
Once your booking has been received and confirmed and payment has been made, refunds will only be given if notice is received in writing prior to 7 days before your booking was due to commence.
We do have a 5 night minimum, but please feel free to check with us as we are more than happy to do less than 5 nights if we can fit you in with other bookings.
