Peppermint Tree is a newly renovated delightful townhouse-4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms-and a pleasant strolling distance to our beautiful Kings Park and all the amenities of Rokeby Road.

This delightful Subiaco townhouse has only recently been fully renovated and redecorated.

Very close to all the important things in life...freshly baked bread and a great range of lovely little coffee shops...Rokeby Road is 20 metres away.  4 bedrooms upstairs, one with ensuite.  Downstairs we have 2 courtyards, a secluded rear courtyard to enjoy evening meals in...and a small protected front one to enjoy reading the paper with a fresh coffee.

Inside we have a lovely lounge area, a dining area for 6, a television room and the the fully equipped kitchen. There is also a downstairs bathroom and laundry. And only strolling distance to our beautiful and famous Kings Park. An excellent bus service runs along Hamersley Road to Perth city and elsewhere...

Coffee shops, restaurants, little bars, shopping, kids play grounds, lots of green spaces... also a fabulous Saturday morning farmers market - to grab all your favourite treats...

DISCLAIMER: Our apartments and houses are rented and occupied at the sole risk of the tenant. Park Street Cottages, its proprietors and employees shall not be liable for any injury, loss or damage to property or any other claim whatsoever arising out of the rental or occupancy of our properties.

$200 per night for 2 guests, $10 per night per person for additional guests.

We charge a $150 cleaning/linen surcharge on all bookings.

There is also a $100 security bond charged on all bookings. This bond will be happily refunded to you via direct debit shortly after you have departed and we have undertaken an inventory and cleaned the house. No security bond will be withheld unless we have entered into, or attempted to enter into discussions with you first. The bond will only be withheld in cases of damage, theft or extra cleaning if required. Please see “Cleaning” section on our Booking Enquiry page.

Once your booking has been received and confirmed and payment has been made, refunds will only be given if notice is received in writing prior to 7 days before your booking was due to commence.

We do have a 5 night minimum, but please feel free to check with us as we are more than happy to do less than 5 nights if we can fit you in with other bookings.
