One bedroom apartment, recently totally renovated with new walls, ceilings, floors, bathroom, kitchen – everything! All sparkling new on the inside and just waiting to be your haven away from work, or just a good little spot for a Perth holiday.

Retro Revival!  Situated in leafy Walker Avenue in the heart of West Perth, the area is a mix of historic character buildings and newer office buildings.  This apartment is in a smaller ’60s block of mostly owner occupiers.  It is a relatively quiet street during the day but after 5pm and on weekends it is delightfully peaceful, and only 100m to Kings Park.  The location is fantastic.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor and there is parking for one vehicle included.  You are also only 100m to the free city transit bus, which is only several stops from the CBD.

The apartment is fully “self catered”.  Once you arrive and settle in you will not be interrupted by maids or cleaners. This will be your home away from home.  If you would like the apartment cleaned and your linen changed during your stay, we are happy to do that for you for a cost of $40 per hour.

The flat  is also located centrally and close to 5 major hospitals – St John of God, King Edward Memorial, Princess Margaret Children’s Hospital, Sir Charles Gardiner and Royal Perth. It is only a short walk to Domain Stadium (formerly Subiaco Oval), 2km to the Perth CBD and 5km to delightful Matilda Bay and the University of Western Australia. Also just a short distance away are the Perth Convention Centre, the new Perth Arena complex, the Perth Theatre Centre, His Majesty’s Theatre, the Perth Museum and the Art Gallery of Western Australia.

West Perth is situated between the CBD and vibrant Subiaco.  Without fail, the best part about Subiaco and West Perth, is the close proximity to all the services you could want or need.  Plus the friendly local community.  You will be nestled in amongst historic residential homes, large and small, fancy and quaint, strong and remodelled or slightly worn and a bit crooked, together with the commercial precinct of West Perth which closes down after 5pm and on weekends leaving a peaceful, leafy ambience for you to enjoy – the area abounds in character.  Full of restaurants, cafes, shops, parks and friendly locals, you will love your stay in Subiaco and West Perth, whether for business or holiday.

You are very close to public transport in Walker Avenue.  It is only 100m, just a couple of minutes walk, to the free city transit bus which runs along Kings Park Road, which is then only a couple of stops into the CBD.  The Perth-Fremantle buses also run on this route regularly all day, every day, providing transport to beautiful Matilda Bay, the University of Western Australia and Sir Charles Gardiner Hospital and the QE II Medical Centre.   The CBD is a 20 minute pleasant walk, as is Subiaco.

Strictly non smoking and sorry but no parties or noisy gatherings. We like to respect our neighbours rights to a peaceful life in beautiful West Perth.

We charge a $150 cleaning/linen surcharge on all bookings.

There is also a $50 security bond charged on all bookings. This bond will be happily refunded to you via direct debit shortly after you have departed and we have undertaken an inventory and cleaned the house. No security bond will be withheld unless we have entered into, or attempted to enter into discussions with you first. The bond will only be withheld in cases of damage, theft or extra cleaning if required. Please see “Cleaning” section on our Booking Enquiry page.

Once your booking has been received and confirmed and payment has been made, refunds will only be given if notice is received in writing prior to 7 days before your booking was due to commence.

We do have a 3 night minimum, but please feel free to check with us as we are more than happy to do less than 3 nights if we can fit you in with other bookings.

$150 per night for 7 nights

$120 per night for over 7 nights

Longer terms are negotiable
